Modelling of organisational culture

An R&D programme carried out in partnership with Paris Dauphine University.

Context

Faced with increasingly frequent changes, managing the cultural aspect of a company (e.g. values, shared symbols, history, individual, collective and managerial behaviour) is essential for optimising long-term transformation strategies.

Why?

This applied R&D project addresses the following question:
How can we analyse organisational culture to better understand the specific characteristics of a company in order to guide its transformation and drive change?

How?

It focuses on the ability to model the cultural characteristics of companies as a lever for strengthening transformation strategies:

  • By constructing a grid for analysing a company’s culture by identifying cultural characteristics at individual, group, and organisational level;
  • By building a cultural diagnostic model to understand and measure the cultural factors that have a direct and/or indirect impact on company transformations and change management strategies;
  • By using these analysis tools to improve existing change management models.

Who?

Companies in all sectors, public and private organisations, local authorities, associations, etc.
