INNOVATION
WHAT DO WE FOCUS ON?
We are developing answers to the following questions: from what ground do new value propositions in the platform economy emerge? What are the conditions of their success? We thus strengthen the capabilities of the accountable players at stake, especially banking actors, to design and manage the best platformization projects. We develop a strategic framework to define the best opportunities of business models that fit their positioning, ambitions and capabilities. We develop an analysis method to choose the most relevant alliance strategy. Through our models, we cater to the organizational challenges resulting from repositioning, which are often underestimated in corporate strategies.
