Value-based performance management

ASSOCIATED TO THE AREA OF EXCELLENCE
ORGANIZATION & EFFICIENCY

WHAT DO WE FOCUS ON?

Our work allows organizations to carry out value-based management by developing methodologies and toolsets to optimize their performance and value creation. We thus provide answers to these 3 questions:
1. How to define the best strategies for value creation and value-based management? How can a manager/executive better articulate the value of its goods and services? How to formalize it in terms of governance?
2. How can the components of value be precisely quantified and managed within an organization?
3. Which tools can one rely on so that stakeholders (of the organization, its entire ecosystem or value network) are capable of doing so?
