WHAT DO WE FOCUS ON?
Our research work develops an analysis model to carry out accurate and dynamic cultural diagnostics, which serve as a starting point to define and steer the transformations and changes that can help a given organization. Our cultural analysis model of organizations identifies the cultural elements at the individual, group, and organization level. We demonstrate that organizational culture analysis helps better understand the transformations of organizations and adds to the existing change management models.
RESEARCHER

Manel DARDOURI, PhD
Holding a PhD in Organizational management, Manel has joined the Square Research Center and contributes to the Area of Excellence People & Change. She carries out scientific studies (articles, chapters, international seminars and conferences, TEDx, etc.), which focus on change management, cultural analysis and support mechanisms for employees. In 2021, she obtained the “Young Researcher” Award for her scientific contributions to the French-speaking world. She was named ‘International Mentoring Referent” and represents the European Mentoring & Coaching Council in France.
An active member of the “Women and Science” community, Manel also represents the mentoring programs of the “Professional Women’s Network” community.
